Conference Fee
The conference fee will be EUR 250 before the early bird registration deadline (7.6.2022) and EUR 300 thereafter until 15.7.2022. The fee will include
- welcome reception (evening of Monday, 8.8.2022)
- conference package
- coffee breaks
- poster session reception (evening of Tuesday, 9.8.2022)
- one excursion (afternoon of Thursday, 11.8.2022)
- Mensa card for lunches in the university canteen (pre-charged with EUR 10)

For the possibility of a reduced conference fee please see Financial Support. Please note that if you apply for financial support, you have to wait with registering until you received a decision. Otherwise the regular amount applicable at time of registration has to be payed. Note that we cannot provide support for travel or accommodation. Therefore, please do not submit requests for travel or accommodation support.

Cancellation Policy
Please consult our General Terms and Conditions for details. Between 1.5.2022 and 26.6.2022 the fee will be refunded except 10%. From 27.6.2022 to 10.7.2022 we can only refund 50% of the fee. After 11.7.2022 we cannot refund the fee.
