Conference Fee
The conference fee will be EUR 380 before the early bird registration deadline (17.5.2020) and EUR 450 thereafter until 19.7.2020. The fee will include
- welcome reception (evening of Monday, 3.8.2020)
- conference package
- coffee breaks
- poster session reception (evening of Tuesday, 4.8.2020)
- excursion (afternoon of Wednesday, 5.8.2020)
- conference dinner (evening of Thursday, 6.8.2020)
- Mensa card for lunches in the university canteen (pre-charged with EUR 10)
- proceedings
The fee for accompanying persons will amount to EUR 170 and includes

For the possibility of a reduced conference fee please see Financial Support. Please note that if you apply for financial support, you have to wait with registering until you received a decision. Otherwise the regular amount applicable at time of registration has to be payed. Note that we cannot provide support for travel or accommodation. Therefore, please do not submit requests for travel or accommodation support.
Payments
The conference fee has to be payed at time of registration either per credit card or via bank transfer. We cannot accept cash payments. The payments are processed by Converia, the link can be found here.
Once you are registered, you also have to register for this indico event.
Code of Conduct
Please observe the code of conduct for this conference, which you will have to agree to during registration process.
Cancellation Policy
Please consult our General Terms and Conditions for details. Between 10.5.2020 and 5.7.2020 the fee will be refunded except 10%. From 6.7.2020 to 19.7.2020 we can only refund 50% of the fee. After 19.7.2020 we cannot refund the fee.
