On April 1st, the newly DFG funded Collaborative Research Centre 1639 NuMeriQS "Numerical Methods for Dynamics and Structure Formation in Quantum Systems" starts its work. The CRC represents an interdisciplinary effort between theoretical chemistry, theoretical condensed matter and particle physics, numerical mathematics, and computer sciences and is focused on the development and transfer of methods.
This Kick-off meeting features two distinguished speakers presenting their insight into two methods of general interest and their application to problems in the fields of research of NuMeriQS.
The meeting will take place in the lecture hall of the HISKP and the public part starts at 2:15 pm. Due to the limited number of seats available, a registration is mandatory.
