Open Day at FTD and ELSA
We invite the public to an open day at the Forschungs- und Technologiezentrum Detektorphysik (FTD) and the Particle Accellerator ELSA at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms Universität Bonn.

The open day will take place at the FTD (Forschungs- und Technologiezentrum Detektorphysik)
Kreuzbergweg 24, 53115 Bonn
By rail and foot
Leave Bonn central station by one of the west exits to the Quantiusstrasse and turn right. At the next corner move half left into Colmantstrasse and pass Beethovenplatz. Then follow Endenicher Strasse for about 800m and turn left into Wegelerstraße. The FTD is the last building on the left.
By car
The FTD can be reached either by a driveway from Wegelerstr. or by a driveway from Kreuzbergweg. At the FTD we have about 30 parking spots, which will be available for persons arriving by car. Please notify us if you intend to come by car to provide a sufficient amount of parking spots.
