Description
In this talk, I will review first the problems with the data on pion and kaon interactions and our dispersively constrained parameterizations.  Then I will discuss their applications to establish the existence and parameters of controversial resonances as well as to describe the final state interactions of very recent experimental results on femtoscopic correlations in ALICE and giant CP violation at LHCb.
