Description

Precision measurements in the field of atomic physics allow for a new approach to access beyond-standard-model physics. Our Quantum Metrology research group aims to address some of the challenges in fundamental physics by employing well-established optical clock technology. I will give an overview on our research activities, which span all the way from the baryon asymmetry in cosmology over dark matter searches to geodesy and quantum computing.
