Description

Abstract: Transverse momentum distributed parton distribution functions (TMDPDFs) are important for understanding the 3-dimensional structure of protons. Recent advancements in large momentum effective theory (LaMET) have made it possible to calculate TMDPDFs from the first principle in lattice QCD. In this talk I will present the progress and current status of TMDPDF calculations in twisted mass lattice QCD with a focus on the non-perturbative renormalization.
