ATLAS upgrade status-report 15mSpeaker: Dr Yannick Dieter
- Short report
- currently ~14 people are actively working on the ATLAS module production in the clean room (not at the same time though)
- the following steps are done in the clean room: visual inspection under microscope/camera, metrology measurements, assembly/glueing, wirebonding, masking/demasking for parylene coating, glueing of canopy
- Soon, we will also do the electrical testing in the cleanroom. Wolfgang has started building the setup. After a thorough cleaning we will move the stuff needed for testing into the ISO 7 clean room. A 2nd test stand will be placed in the ISO6 (for tests with radio-active sources, in discussion with Fabian)
- regarding the cleaniness of ISO7: please have a look at Wolfgangs summary. -
