Multipoint conformal blocks and Gaudin integrable models [Exceptional time]

Description

In this talk, I will discuss a relation between the so-called Gaudin integrable models and multipoint conformal blocks. The latter are the elementary building blocks of correlation functions in conformal field theories (in arbitrary dimensions). After reviewing their definition, I will explain how these conformal blocks can be characterised as eigenvectors of a complete set of commuting differential operators, arising as a specific limit of the Hamiltonians of a Gaudin model.
