The Higgs boson and searches for its siblings

At the beating heart of the Standard Model of particle physics lies the Higgs boson. It is not just another elementary particle, rather it is special in many ways. It is connected to many aspects of the Standard Model, like the masses of the gauge bosons, fermions, and the Higgs boson itself. It could potentially also be connected to many problems that are considered beyond the Standard Model, as could possible siblings of the Higgs boson, which are thus far not discovered.
I will review the most recent results on Higgs boson measurement from the ATLAS and CMS collaborations, as well as report on their searches for the production of two Higgs bosons. In addition, I will discuss several possible hints for additional scalar particles or additional Higgs bosons that are present in the analyzed data.
