Oral Presentations
Oral presentations in the parallel session will be 15+5 minutes long.
Please prepare your slides as a PDF or HTML document and upload them latest 30 minutes before your session block starts to indico. If you cannot upload to indico for some reason, please be in the room of your presentation 10 minutes before the session block starts and transfer your slides using an USB stick to the session laptop.
The aspect ratio of the projectors is 16:9, but also other aspect ratios are supported.
It will not be possible to use your own laptop for your presentation. Powerpoint or Keynote file formats are not supported.
Poster Presentations
The Poster session takes place Tuesday evening in the Mensa building. You can mount your poster starting Monday. The size of your poster should be (no larger than) A1. Posters will be mounted in portrait format.
There will be two successive poster session blocks, A and B, both one hour long.
Please note that you must only use the stickers provided by us to mount the posters to the poster walls. Please see us at the conference office and we will provide you with the appropriate stickers.
