DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Felix Kling (Uni Bonn)\n\nPhysics searches and measu
rements at high-energy collider experiments traditionally focus on the hig
h-pT region. However\, for light particles\, this emphasis may be misguide
d\, as these particles tend to be highly collimated around the beam line.
With FASER and SND@LHC\, an experimental program has emerged in recent yea
rs to exploit this opportunity\, expanding the LHC's physics potential by
searching for feebly interacting particles as well as studying neutrino an
d muon interactions at TeV energies. This comes with a variety of theoreti
cal challenges\, including the modeling of high-rapidity particle producti
on\, precision high-energy neutrino DIS\, and dark sector particle phenome
nology. In this talk\, I will present recent theoretical advances addressi
ng these questions. I will further discuss the potential of this emerging
forward physics program to offer unique insights into forward particle pro
duction\, probe proton structure in otherwise inaccessible regimes\, addre
ss unresolved issues in astro-particle physics\, and search for a diverse
 array of new particles.\n\nhttps://indico.hiskp.uni-bonn.de/event/1889/
