Navigating the zoo of CP observables in the top-Yukawa coupling
by
Deviations from the CP-even nature of the Higgs boson as predicted by the SM would be a clear indication of new physics.
Despite significant experimental progress since its discovery, current measurements of the Higgs boson couplings often leave room for sizeable CP-violating effects.
In this talk, I discuss different ways of constraining the CP structure of the top-Yukawa coupling, which is well accessible at the LHC.
For this, I focus on various approaches of constructing CP-sensitive observables, such as combinations of kinematics, asymmetries, and ML-based discriminants.
Their potential benefits and challenges are discussed, and prospects for future measurements are outlined.
