 \n\nAbstract: \n \n\nAs the lightest and stable hadron and nucleon\, the
  proton provides rich physical content and fundamental questions to unders
 tand strong interaction and color confinement. For instance\, is there any
  experimental measurement that can clearly distinguish between u and d val
 ence quarks in the proton? Are the abundances of u and d sea quarks equiva
 lent? The Large Hadron Collider (LHC) offers an ideal high-energy frontier
  platform for probing proton structure and understanding Quantum Chromodyn
 amics (QCD)\, the theory of the strong interaction. In this talk\, I will 
 introduce a series of new W/Z boson related asymmetry observables at the L
 HC\, which can rigorously distinguish and probe the u/d-quark momentum dis
 tributions inside the proton. The measurements of the new observables woul
 d provide pivotal data inputs for establishing unbiased collinear Parton D
 istribution Functions (PDFs\, such as the new JZ96 PDF model)\, and the im
 pact on the famous SU(2) flavor asymmetry of sea quarks  dbar/ubar > 1 obs
 erved in deuteron scattering experiments is investigated. \n \n\nJoin Zoo
