# Minutes of Meeting  
**IHL Coordination Meeting**  
**Date:** 19 June 2026  
**Participants:** KD, MK, QD  

## 1. IHL Kick-off Meeting
- The location of the IHL kick-off meeting is still to be finalised.  
- Invitation emails have been sent to several individuals who are to be invited to the kick-off meeting.  
- A representative from Cologne Chip has accepted the invitation. The group discussed how this visit could be best utilised, including the possibility of offering training or introductory sessions on working with Cologne Chip technology, which IHL could facilitate.  
- An invitation is to be sent to **Dierk Koch** regarding the eFPGA / Heidelberg initiative. **Action:** MK  

## 2. Fellowship Call and Recruitment
- The first draft of the fellow call for an **analogue designer** position has been prepared.  
- **QD** will first send the draft to **Ingrid**, and subsequently to **Jochen** and **CB** for comments.  
- The second call for a **non-PhD E14 position** is still awaiting approval from the Bonn administration.  
- **QD** will contact **Jochen** to follow up on the current status and clarify the situation.
